Proto-Elvish infodump

Someone wanted to hear about my languages & unfortunately, the only current one is my work on proto-elvish because NATURALLY PolyGlot decided to STOP WORKING and I decided I'd rather have a big text document for my language than keep trying to troubleshoot it. So rip to the progress I made on my other languages, proto-elvish is the first I'm remaking and I'm making it better at least.
